Our Story
Charley’s Angels began with a simple belief: compassion can change the future of an entire community.
One Dad & Four Daughters
Inspired by Charley’s determination, generosity, and dedication to others, our organization was created to carry those values forward through meaningful service. What began as a desire to help grew into a partnership with Pathways to Prosperity. Just as Charley has always loved and cared for his family at home, his example now helps extend that same care to hundreds of families in rural Nicaragua.
Through Charley’s Angels Health Clinic, we provide accessible medical care, health education, nutrition support, and community-based programs. The clinic operates within the Pathways to Prosperity Community Center, bringing healthcare, education, and local resources together in one trusted place.
Why Nicaragua?
One of Charley’s daughters combined her passion for nursing with her love of learning Spanish. Through that journey, she met Angie McMillian, whose connection to the people of Nicaragua opened the door to a shared mission. Their friendship and desire to serve grew into the partnership that supports our work today.
Our efforts are led alongside local healthcare professionals and community leaders who understand the needs, strengths, and hopes of the families they serve. Together, we are working to create lasting, community-led change.
As nurse practitioner sisters, their life and healthcare experiences have uniquely prepared them to serve the people of Calle Real. Together, their skills in healthcare, education, prevention, and community service help meet many of the needs within the community.

The intertwined figures form the letters C and A, representing Charley’s Angels and the connection between those who serve and those they support. It reminds us that when we reach out, stand beside one another, and share what we have, each of us can be someone else’s angel.
Connection to Pathways to Prosperity
Charley’s Angels works in partnership with Pathways to Prosperity, combining healthcare and community support to strengthen families in Calle Real.
