Lifting Others Lifts Entire Communities.
Lifting Others Lifts Entire Communities.
Charley's Angels Foundation is dedicated to bringing healthcare, education, and hope to the community of Calle Real, Nicaragua. Together, we're building healthier families and a stronger community.

We provide accessible medical care to families in rural Nicaragua. Offering health screenings, treatment, medications, maternal and pediatric care, and ongoing support for patients who may otherwise have limited access to healthcare.

We teach hands-on cooking classes that show families how to prepare affordable, nutritious meals using locally available foods. We also help establish and support gardens at the community center and throughout the community, increasing access to fresh produce and encouraging long-term, sustainable nutrition.

We bring practical health education into local schools and community spaces. Our classes cover hygiene, disease prevention, reproductive health, breastfeeding, nutrition, diabetes, anemia, and other topics that help individuals make informed decisions about their health.

Nurse Conny serves patients at Charley’s Angels Health Clinic three times a week. She provides compassionate medical care, health education, and ongoing support to individuals and families in the community.

Dr. Hurtado is a dedicated pediatrician who cares for children and families with kindness and expertise. He helps provide essential medical evaluations, treatment, and preventive care for our youngest patients.

Carlos leads the Pathways to Prosperity Community Center, which is also home to Charley’s Angels Health Clinic. He oversees the center and clinic, coordinates local programs, and helps connect families with healthcare, education, and community resources.
